Anime Club Kicks Off

The Anime Club met for the first time this year on Thursday, September 5 in room 417.

Surveys were passed out to break the ice between the club members before this year’s officers were introduced. The officers are as follows: President Chelsie Wimbley, senior; Vice President Nathalia Uresti, sophomore; Secretary Isabell Biggs, sophomore; and Treasurer Logan Keaster, junior.

Later, games were played to help the kids get more comfortable with one another while they answered questions and discussed their similarities in what they enjoyed about anime.

It’s not too late to join the Anime Club! If interested, see Mrs. Pettit in room 417 for a permission form. The club meets every Thursday from 4-5 p.m. in her room.
