Green Paws Gets Greener

Green Paws had their first meeting of the school year on Wednesday, August 28.

President Terry Ballard, senior, ran the after school meeting, introducing a new project. The project is to make National Honor Society I.D. cards out of recycled paper. The idea was developed by Ballard over the summer. Along with the I.D. cards, Green Paws is planning to make recycled posters for the Film Club, and for their own use.

It’s not too late to join if you’re interested in the club. Meetings will be held every other Wednesday in Mr. Rucker’s room before and after school. The next meeting is Wednesday, September 11. Hope to see you there!
