For the annual dessert theatre and Fall Show, the theatre department will be performing You Can’t Take it with You, a romantic comedy originally released in the U.S. in 1938.

You Can’t Take it with You is the tale of Alice, played by seniors Chloe Berlinger and Allison Lesko, a young woman from a good-natured yet strange family, who falls in love with a rich young man who’s Vice-President of his father’s company, Tony, played by sophomores Evan Hayes and Cullen Payne. The couple’s love must withstand the disagreements between the parents of the Sycamores, Alice’s family, played by seniors Jorden Hoelscher and Lynley Eilers, and Kameron Golden, and the Kirbys, Tony’s family, played by senior Courtney Castillo and junior Mathilde LeTacon, and senior Kade Ferguson.
