Dance Fall Showcase Highlights LHS Dancers

On November 13, Leander ISD dance classes are having a fall showcase at Cedar Park High School at 7:30. The Blue Belle officers, dance classes 2, 3 and 4, the Sapphires, and dance team prep will be performing along with the other high schools. The showcase is free admission, so please come support our dancers!
The Blue Belle officers, Gaebri Anderson, junior; Marah Thornhill, junior; Paige Jankovic, senior; Sarah Reed, junior; and Becca Sterner, junior are performing “Use Somebody” and “Secret.” They are also dancing to “All Around the World” along with the officers from Cedar Park, Rouse, Vandegrift, and Vista Ridge. Dance classes 3 and 4 are performing “Snapbacks and Tattoos,” choreographed by Juli Todd, sophomore. The dance team prep class will be performing “Pop That Lock.” Gaebri Anderson, Becca Sterner, and Maria Young, sophomore, are in a hip hop ensemble, “Mercy,” along with a couple of other girls from each high school. Dance 2 is dancing to “As Long as You Love Me,” choreographed by Maria Young. The Sapphires will be the last Leander group to perform and are doing their routine for “Put Your Graffiti on Me.”
