Student Spotlight: Modesty Pearson

by Ryan Robinson, Staff Writer

Modesty Pearson is currently a sophomore at Leander High School.

She has a cat named Sadie.

Her favorite Sonic drink is a cherry limeade.

She recently watched the movie Coraline. She also recently read the novel Choke by Chuck Palahniuk

She is not ashamed to admit that she still watches the TV show Doug.

One word frequently used to describe her is quirky.

The first three songs on her iPod are “Dashboard” by Modest Mouse, “The Way it Is” by The Strokes and “Off to the Races” by Lana Del Rey.

The biggest thing that has changed about her since last year is her new hair color.

Her favorite teacher is Coach Sundheim because he is “chill,” and she likes LHS because most of the people are nice.

If Modesty ran the school, the one thing she would change is that we would not arrive until 10:00 am.
