The Blue Belles have been working hard all year on their 16 diverse routines, all of which have a common thread tying them all together. The theme for this years show is “Welcome to Diverse City.” It will contain many dances representing different cultures and different interests. This show will represent the unity in diversity.

There will also be guest performances by the Jonas Brothers, The Village People, Miley Cyrus, Beyonce, Brittany Spears, and Jenifer Lopez. Along with those, local dance companies will be performing: Dancers Workshop’s performance team, The Star Dancers, the Rouse High School Royals, and Leander High Schools very own Tap Company, JV team, Varsity Cheerleaders, and Baby Belles.

This show is put on four times over a three day period. It is around three hours long but a well spent three hours full of entertainment. The show requires a lot of hard work and dedication from all the performers. They begin rehearsing every day at least a month in advance. They dedicate many hours through out the year to these four performances.

This show is different from last year in that there are many different types of music as well as many different dances. Cameron Laczko stated, “This show is going to be amazing and super entertaining! My favorite piece is the first opener, and you should look out for me in the show.” One thing is for certain, this show is going to be jam packed with exciting performances.

Tickets are on sale at the door for $10 and sell-outs are expected.
