Stevenson Crowned Mane Man

Twenty of Leander’s senior guys put on a hilarious “pageant” on December 7 to raise money for Project Grad.

Kendrick Stevenson was named the Mane Man as well as Mr. Congeniality, and Best Crowd Appeal. He entertained the crowd with his Napoleon Dynamite act and auctioned off a date at the Trail Of Lights with hot chocolate.
First runner up was Martin Nwakamma and he was also awarded Best Crowd Appeal. In 3rd place and winning the title of Best Dancer was Stephen Longoria, whose dancing skills won the judges over. Grant Shewmaker won 4th place along with Most Entertaining for his “glow stick dance.”  Baylor Nix’s exceptional piano playing put him in 5th place and won him Best Talent.
Other awards from the evening included:
Best Evening Wear: Tyler Slocum
Best Dancer: Juan Brown
Best Smile: Andy Ruiz
Most Photogenic: Ricardo Piron
Most Creative: Zach Noska
