UIL Play Armitage advances to State!

   Congratulations to the cast and crew of Armitage, who have become the third Leander play to ever advance to State competition!

   On Friday, April 24th, they competed at Baylor University at the Regional Level. They advanced, along with Creekview High School’s play Rabbit Hole. Kat Schober and Safaa Hansen were awarded Honorable Mention, Danielle Farley was awarded All Star Cast, and for the fourth time in a row, Evan Nasky won Best Actor.

   Leander and seven other plays will compete at the State Level on May 16th in the Hogg Auditorium at the University of Texas. More information on this competition will be posted, and more pictures and info can be found on the Theatre Department’s website www.leandertheater.org .
