Another more recent food trend is Fufu. Fufu is a West-African dish made from pounded cassava with plantains. However, Fufu is not eaten alone. It’s usually eaten with a soup of some kind. The most popular soup to eat Fufu with is Egusi Soup which consists of ground seeds, vegetables, and meat. However, Fufu can also be eaten with okra soup. I recommend getting this dish from a small restaurant business that specializes in West-African cuisine, but if you want to make it at home check out this recipe here.
