Movie Review: Warm Bodies

Warm Bodies has a nice twist from the typical zombie movie. It has humor and romance, instead of the normal death and darkness zombie movies generally contain.

In the movie, a zombie named R falls in love with a girl named Julie. As their relationship goes on, R becomes more human-like. As he begins to become more alive, the other zombies do as well, maybe even changing the dead world.

I enjoyed the movie. It was way better than the other zombie movies I’ve seen. I’m normally scared of zombie movies, but this movie wasn’t like that. It was more of a romantic comedy with a twist; the movie is focused on love and not death. Unlike most movies today, the trailer didn’t give away all of the good parts in the movie. I would give this movie three stars out of five.
