In the midst of their first loss in the season, the Junior Varsity Red team still plans to hold their heads high.

On Thursday, September 5th, the team lost to the Pflugerville Hendrickson Hawks with a final score of 0-16.

When asked what went wrong during the game, Coach Sundheim said offense just wasn’t clicking yet.

Unfortunately, due to bad weather, the JV Blue team barely got a chance to hit the field, and the game was cancelled.

Junior Varsity isn’t going to let this defeat set a streak for the season, however. The team plans to work vigorously on offense and keep up their defense. The boys’ hard work over this past summer will not be for nothing.
