With the arrival of fall comes cooler weather, spooky seasons, and a perfect opportunity to spend some time with that one person you’ve been falling for. Here are some creative ideas on how to spend the Halloween season with your boo.

Pumpkin Carving

Grab a good ol’ gourd and carve it up as the scariest of holidays approaches. Pumpkin carving is a fun way to get in the Halloween spirit- and test your creative skills- as well as being loads of fun! You could even add to the festivities by going to a pumpkin patch, or you could head over to your local grocery store and snag one from there!

Hay Rides

While this may seem like a slightly more scratchy form of transportation, hay rides are a classic way to celebrate fall. While you admire your surroundings and take in the spooky scenery, you can snuggle up with your significant other in case the weather gets a little chilly.

Creative Costumes

With Halloween comes extravagant ensembles, so kill two birds with one stone and make a couples costume! From the Joker and Harley Quinn to PB&J, there’s no shortage of pairings that you and your date could dress up as!

Haunted Houses

Haunted houses are a timeless staple of Halloween. If you’re in for a good fright, make sure to check out places like House of Torment or Scream Hollow. Afterwards, you could have something to look back and laugh on as you remember this memorable date.

Scary Movies

Grab a bucket of popcorn and a comfortable spot on the couch and host a scary movie marathon! These frightful films can be fun for the viewers- as well as giving you an excuse to draw a little closer to your date. If you want to get out of the house, there’s plenty of scary movies coming to theatres.
