On December 1, 2016, choir hosted their annual winter concert at 7:00 p.m in the PAC. They performed a mix of Christmas and classic holiday songs.

A lot of family and friends come out to watch the students perform their favorite holiday songs.

“This is one of my favorite concerts to do every year,” Munoz said. “A lot of people come to support us and it really makes a difference to know that so many people would want to come and see what we can do.”

According to junior Miranda Habrecht, the most popular song sung by choir is ‘Sleigh Ride.’

“I think we could’ve done better on making our sound flow better together when changing the pitch,” junior Mackenzie Kite said. “Overall, we did great and I’m happy with the turnout.”

The next performing arts show will be held on Thursday, January 19 in the PAC. Choir, band and theatre students will come together to perform the annual school musical.
