Team Mansfield Takes Tug of War Title

It’s only fitting that Team Mansfield would take the win in the annual Tug of War competition, as this was the principal’s last Tug of War at LHS.
Assisted by his team of “strong men” including Mr. Aaron Adcock, Mr. Graham, Mr. Edwards, Coach Sturgell, Coach Pels, Coach Richards, Mr. Teets, Mr. Wiley, and others, Team Mansfield dominated the competition and brought great joy to our departing principal.
The final battle came against a heavily favored team of football players that included seniors Grant Shewmaker, Michael Epley, Martin Nwakamma, Andy Ruiz, David Lopez, David Hilbun and junior Jacob Hanawalt.
