On April 24, Matt Kostoff’s 5th period astronomy class launched rockets at the field behind the tennis courts. The rocket that went the highest reached an altitude of 518 feet. The lowest reached 265 feet. Students grouped up and made rockets on March 25, and this is their second time launching them.
Kaustubh Vinnakota attatches an electrical starter to the end of the rocket engine. Due to wind, their rocket flew over the fence and into an appartment complex.
