Review: Top Notch

Top Notch has been a locally owned restaurant has been steady in business for at least 40 years, as an Austin classic. it served as the set for the movie “Dazed and Confused” in one scene. The burgers are delicious along with everything else on the menu, and the environment is always perfect for a lazy Sunday.

The burgers start at $3.59 for a plain hamburger, ranging to $5.59 with the Longhorn Special which is a double meat burger, with special sauce lettuce, tomato, onions, and cheese.  They also offer multiple sandwiches and fried chicken meals.

With a name like Top Notch it doesn’t disappoint.  They offer an awesome atmosphere with awesome food.  Top Notch is located on Burnet Road not too far from all the downtown action with an insides seating area, along with a drive in. It’s open 7 days a week form 11am-10pm.
