The varsity wrestling team went 11-1 in their last dual meet against Austin High School. After a last minute drop out by East View, the Lions went on to win the meet with a score of 67-6.

“Our senior night against Austin High was definitely the most emotional night for the seniors so far,” senior Ricky Smith said. “For our last matches at home, we had a great dual and came out on top once again.”

Seniors Ricky Smith, Dylan Wyatt, Gabe Warren, Malcolm Wright-Harris, and Alex McGill all won their matches on Senior Night.

“The meet was amazing, it’s always awesome to have such an emotional night like that and have all our seniors win,” Wright-Harris said. “I have been with them the longest time and they work so hard and are so dedicated.”
