On Saturday October 20, Debate hosted an angelic tourney. Unfortunately, Leander was the only school competing. Sophomore Veronica Jones and Miciah O’Gwin, also a sophomore, won in the Policy CX category. Sophomore, Cain Parrish won in the L/D category.
“It (the debate) definitely prepared me for future tourneys.” Sophomore, Veronica Jones said.
On November 10, debate is going to Lago Vista for a tournament. They hope to bring home some awards!
